Willian Leal

Willian Leal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team leadership and operations management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Team Leader for Retail Back Office at CHEP since August 2021, Willian oversees customer support teams and ensures process efficiency and goal attainment. Previously, Willian held roles including Team Leader of Control Desk at CHEP, where effective management of internal and external teams optimized asset collection, and Supervisor of Operations at Flex Relacionamentos Inteligentes, leading operations in customer service, sales, logistics, and more.
