Leo Francis

Leo Francis is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in creative and operational roles within the marketing and communication sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at CHEP Network since August 2023, Leo has previously held similar management positions at Milkman Agency and Havas Melbourne, where responsibilities included integrated production and operations leadership. A career spanning over two decades includes roles at Havas Worldwide Australia, EURO RSCG, and various positions in graphic design and production at Blue Star Print Group and Dunham Bremmer. Leo's foundational education was completed at Wanganui High School from 1992 to 1996.
