Paul Meates currently serves as the Executive Creative Director at CHEP Network, overseeing the creative team in the Sydney office and participating in the national creative leadership team. Previously, Paul held the position of Group Creative Director at Droga5, recognized as one of the top agencies in the industry with numerous accolades, including Adweek Agency of the Decade and Ad Age Agency of the Year. Paul is also the founder of The Great Brain Cell Sacrifice, a charitable initiative that donates books for every bottle of wine sold. Paul holds a BA in Design with a focus on Advertising from Curtin University.
