Tori Taylor

Tori Taylor is an experienced professional in customer experience and production, currently serving as Lead CX Planning Director at CHEP Network since April 2016, with previous roles including Customer Experience Planning Director and Senior Customer Experience Planner. At CHE Proximity, Tori focuses on enhancing brand value through data-driven strategies and innovative communication methods. Prior to this, Tori worked at MercerBell as Senior CX Planner & Producer, contributing to Australia's leading independent Customer Experience Agency, and held the position of Senior Producer at BWM, where management of print and mailhouse needs for major clients was a key responsibility. Tori's career also includes production management roles at Ogilvy & Mather and Euro RSCG Australia. Tori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Southern Cross University and completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2022.
