Hirok Sarker

Hirok Sarker's work experience began in 2008 as an Officer at Enem-Omni Group. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Hardware Engineer at AR Computers Ltd. In 2011, they joined OnnoRokom Software Ltd. as a Junior Software Engineer (QA), where they focused on web and desktop application testing, automation testing, and manual testing. Hirok then became an Assistant Software Engineer, responsible for software development, functional testing, UI testing, and performance testing. In 2015, Hirok worked briefly as an IT Talent at CodersTrust. In 2020, they joined Kona Software Lab Ltd. as an Engineer Level - 1, and eventually became a Lead QA Engineer, L4. Currently, Hirok is a Sr. QA Automation Engineer at CHEQ Inc., a position they started in August 2022.

Hirok Sarker began their education at St. Paul's High School in Mongla, Bagerhat, from 2001 to 2004. Hirok then pursued a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Economics at Tejgaon College, affiliated with the National University of Bangladesh, from 2009 to 2014. In 2017 and 2018, Hirok obtained a Diploma in Information Communication Technology from the Bangladesh Computer Council in Chittagong.

In addition to their formal education, Hirok Sarker has obtained several certifications. These include Blockchain Essentials from the Open P-Tech Skills Network in May 2021, Mobile Testing with Appium from LinkedIn in July 2020, Learning Jira Software 7.0-7.4 from LinkedIn in June 2020, Software Quality Assurance - Implementing Consistent Quality from the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority in February 2020, Certified Scrum Developer® (CSD®) from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022, and Software Quality Assurance from TestDome in October 2019.
