James Lee has extensive experience in program and project management within the aerospace and materials sectors. Most recently, James served as Director of Sales at Cherry Aerospace, part of PCC, beginning in November 2025. Prior to this role, James held various leadership positions, including Director of Program and Project Management and Vice President of Program Management and Engineering at Rubbercraft from October 2023 to January 2024, and Business Unit Manager at Kirkhill, Inc. from March 2018 to October 2023. James was a Program Manager at Esterline Engineered Materials from September 2013 to March 2018 and has a solid engineering background from earlier roles at Moog, including Project Engineer and Sr. Test Engineer. James holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from UCLA.
