Tom Foster-Carter is a co-founder and CEO of Cherrypick, where Tom is focused on developing a personal grocery shopping assistant. Tom is also a Digital Economy Council Member at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, providing advice to the UK government to boost the nation's technology sector. With a background in fintech and consulting, Tom has held leadership roles at companies like Monzo Bank, Curve Ltd., and Osper. Tom brings a wealth of experience in strategy, product management, and project management to their various roles. Tom holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Psychology, Philosophy & Physiology from the University of Oxford.

Cherrypick was founded by ex-Monzo COO and Curve co-founder, Tom Foster-Carter and Chris Parsons as CTO, following 20 years in gaming and data analytics. The founding team comes from a wide-range of tech/grocery companies including Monzo, Sainsbury's, Gousto, Amazon, Zoopla, Curve and Github and can often be found cooking up a storm in our riverside lodge.
