Raymond Cho has extensive experience in IT support and service management, currently serving as Director of IT Support & Development and Director of ServiceNow Platform & ITIL Process at CherryRoad since June 2016. In addition to these roles, Raymond has been the Director of Service Management at CherryRoad Technologies Inc. since January 2018. Previous experience includes management positions at Pearson from April 2012 to June 2016, where responsibilities encompassed business analysis and global services experience. Prior to that, Raymond held various roles at Tiffany & Co. from November 2001 to April 2012, and worked as a consultant at Elsevier and network administrator at iBeam Broadcasting earlier in the 2000s. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Muhlenberg College, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
