Sharon Smith

Sharon Smith is an organizational change expert currently serving as the Director of Organizational Change Management at CherryRoad since 2017, where they focus on preparing organizations for technology implementations through comprehensive change management strategies. Previously, they founded SLS Partners Consulting LLC, providing change management consulting and strategic communication from 2000 to 2017, specializing in technology and organizational changes. They also served as Chief Operating Officer at Interim Personnel from 1998 to 2000, overseeing organizational performance and development initiatives. Sharon is pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy Administration and Organizational Development, alongside a Master's in Business Administration and a Certificate in International Business, all from Virginia Commonwealth University.
