Jay Cohen has a long and distinguished career in both the public and private sectors. Jay began their career in 1964 as a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy. In 1977, they took on the role of Asst. Force Nuclear Power Officer for the Commander, Submarine Force US Atlantic Fleet. In 2006, they were appointed UnderSecretary for Science & Technology for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In 2009, they joined The Chertoff Group as a Partner. Most recently, they are the President of JayMCohen LLC.
Jay Cohen graduated from the United States Naval Academy.
