Andy O'Connor has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Andy began their career at Weatherseal Holdings Ltd as a Management Accountant, where they were responsible for cash and financial control. Andy then moved on to Genesis Communications as a Financial Controller, overseeing financial control and implementing key performance indicators during a period of significant growth. Andy later joined DSGi Business as a Financial Controller and then as Head of Commercial, where they were responsible for commercial strategy and achieving key performance indicators. Andy then transitioned to Outsourcery, where they served as the Director of Mobile and later as the Commercial Director, playing a key role in the company's development as a cloud service provider. Andy then joined Daisy Group plc as a Commercial Director, focusing on delivering sales growth and managing key supplier relationships. Currently, they hold the position of Commercial Director at Chess, where they have played a significant role in improving communication experiences and reducing costs for businesses.

Andy O'Connor attended All Hallows Catholic High School for an unknown duration. Andy then went on to study Engineering at Coventry University from 1993 to 1997, earning a BSC degree.
