Michael Tomaselli

Michael Tomaselli has a diverse work experience that spans several companies. Michael started their career in 2007 at Kroll as a Senior Analyst, where they worked for 3 and a half years. During this time, they had extended project engagements in the Middle East and was based in London for 18 months.

In 2010, Michael joined Chess Consulting LLC as a Manager, and they held this role for 6 years until 2016.

Michael then moved to EY, where they worked for 4 years in various roles. Michael started as a Manager in 2016 and then was promoted to Senior Manager in 2018. their time at EY lasted until 2020.

Finally, in 2020, Michael returned to Chess Consulting LLC, initially as a Senior Manager, and later they became a Director in 2023. Their current role at the company is ongoing.

Michael Tomaselli obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they earned the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) designation from ISACA in March 2021, the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in August 2019, the Certified Internal Auditor certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in December 2015, and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) qualification from (ISC)² in May 2022.
