Josh Maxwell

Josh Maxwell has served as Chair of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Chester since January 2020 and as an Adjunct Professor at Lincoln University since August 2022. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure as Mayor of the Borough of Downingtown from January 2010 to January 2020. Josh Maxwell holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2014, and a degree in Political Science and International Business from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2008.
