Chester & Aldgate is a boutique search and advisory consultancy specialising in Executive Assistants and other ops roles.

We partner with Founders, CEOs, HR & Ops leaders to find exceptional talent and build strong support teams.

Primarily a referral based business, Chester & Aldgate is built on a genuine 360-degree understanding of executive support. Janette has experienced the profession from every angle - as a senior EA, a leader of large support teams at McKinsey & Company, a hiring manager, and now a trusted search partner.

Having built and managed 'best in class' teams in the UK and offshore, she brings real-world insight to every search, hire and advisory partnership.
