Greg Baker currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Chestnut, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Baker spent over 21 years at Americo Financial Life and Annuity, advancing through various positions including Director of Producer Services, where oversight of Producer Services teams was achieved through process efficiencies and leadership during significant growth.
