Agnès Howes is a data-driven marketing leader with 15 years of experience in product marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Customer Retention at Chewy, Agnès leads the strategy and development of automated CRM programs aimed at enhancing customer loyalty.
