Brad Jaffe

Brad Jaffe, LCSW, is a Senior Program Manager at Chewy, where they lead the mental health strategy for the Customer Service organization, supporting approximately 3,000 employees. They have a diverse background as a therapist, social worker, and professor, with experience in client counseling, crisis intervention, and developing mental health initiatives. Previously, Jaffe provided clinical services to homeless individuals and engaged with community stakeholders in Boca Raton to enhance local well-being. They are also pursuing a Master of Social Work at Columbia University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in American History from the University of Florida.
