Brent Yoder

Brent Yoder is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within the e-commerce and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Chewy since March 2020, Brent oversees a rapidly growing pharmacy business generating over $1 billion in revenue, managing multiple retail and wholesale pharmacies as well as a compounding pharmacy. Prior roles include senior leadership positions at Amazon, where responsibilities encompassed engineering design, operational readiness, and performance improvement across fulfillment networks in North America. Brent's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and an MBA from prestigious programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
