Brett Powers, PhD, P.E., is an experienced professional in workforce management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Workforce Management at Chewy, Brett combines a strong background in engineering and business, previously holding roles at AAR CORP., Office Depot, and Publix Super Markets. With military service as a Company Commander in the US Army Reserves, Brett oversees training and welfare for personnel while pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University.
