Chad Schoch

Chad Schoch, CPA, currently serves as Associate Director of Finance Transformation at Chewy, where responsibilities include cross-functional transformation and the development of automation solutions, such as RPA and APA, along with expertise in Blackline, Oracle FCCS, and Coupa. Previously, Chad held positions at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as Accounting Lead for Fixed Assets, overseeing a team and managing full cycle accounting and system integration. As Finance Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions at Envision Healthcare, Chad led a team in quality of earnings and business valuation, further supported by experience as a Senior Accounting Specialist. Earlier roles at Cardinal Health involved accounting management and expertise in ASC 805 and ASC 606 across various specialties. Chad began the career at Blue & Co., LLC as a Staff Associate focusing on corporate and individual taxation before a brief experience in a global consulting program. Chad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Ohio University in 2011.
