Heidi Barrette Easter is a product design leader with over 15 years of experience in delivering impactful digital solutions. They have held key positions such as Director of Product Design at Chewy, where they scaled the design organization and drove customer engagement through various strategic programs. Previously, they worked as a Senior Digital Designer at Kohl's Department Stores, leading the design team and implementing process improvements. Heidi earned a BA in Visual Communication, Magna Cum Laude, from Loyola University of Chicago and is currently pursuing further education at American InterContinental University.
