Michael Abata is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Chewy Vet Care Local Marketing & National Partnerships lead, Michael has a strong background in brand marketing, partnerships, and community engagement. Previous roles include Executive Director of Brand Marketing & Partnerships at MADE BY GATHER, Director of Marketing Growth Partnerships at CAMP, and Director of Brand Marketing at Shutterfly, where Michael successfully managed high-impact strategic initiatives and partnerships with major brands. Michael also contributed significantly to Target through a series of leadership roles, including overseeing integrated brand marketing, consumer insights, and corporate social responsibility strategies.
