Richard Wright is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development teams and managing engineering projects. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Chewy since February 2022, Richard previously held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Google from July 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, Richard spent over 17 years at Microsoft in various roles, including Principal Software Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer, where significant contributions included the creation of an "engineering system in a box" that improved the efficiency of Office check-ins.
