Sara Hester

Sara Hester has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as General Manager at Chewy since April 2021, where previous roles included Assistant General Manager and Regional Quality Manager. Prior to this, Sara held the position of Operations Manager at Chewy in 2020-2021 and gained significant experience at Amazon from August 2013 to February 2020, progressing through roles such as Senior Operations Manager, Principal Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Area Manager. Sara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Winthrop University between 2005 and 2009.
