Stephen Anderson

Stephen Anderson is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in developing eLearning and blended learning solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Chewy since February 2022, Stephen previously held key roles at Luxottica, including Sr Manager and Manager of Instructional Design, where responsibilities involved overseeing instructional design initiatives. Earlier experience at Axcess Financial as an Instructional Designer and Online Training Coordinator included onboarding new hires and creating e-learning courses. Additionally, Stephen has experience in customer service and operations management from positions held at Finish Line and loan processing roles at Axcess Financial. Stephen holds a BS in Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University.
