Tim Conley

Tim Conley is a seasoned healthcare executive currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Veterinary Services at Chewy. Previously, they held the role of Associate Vice President at Humana, where they led cost-saving initiatives that achieved $100 million in savings and improved operational efficiencies across multiple teams. With an MBA in International Business from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, Tim boasts over 16 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, and process improvement. They are also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and have a background as an Air Force Officer, where they managed a $27 million medical device development program.
