Michael Norris

Michael Norris is a dedicated community developer and co-operative strategist currently serving as the Manager of Co-operative Housing Development at CHF Canada. With a background in finance, management, and human resources, they have previously held significant roles including Senior Director at Impact ON and Manager at the Cooperation Council of Ontario. Michael is committed to fostering sustainable communities, having initiated projects such as Southern Ontario's first French-language university and supported Indigenous communities in business development. They actively contribute to community service as Secretary of the Canadian Community Economic Development Network and Treasurer of ACFO Hamilton, while enjoying cycling, hockey, and outdoor exploration in their spare time.
