Anthony Carr

Anthony Carr has ten years of professional work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Medical Social Worker for Community Home Health & Hospice. In 2019, they worked as a Care Services Coordinator for the ALS Association of Oregon and Southwest Washington. From 2016 to 2012, they worked for NaphCare, Inc. as a Mental Health Professional. During this same time period, they also worked as a Designated Mental Health Professional for Columbia Wellness, an Expedition Instructor for Big City Mountaineers, a Summer Program Therapist for Explorations, an Intern Mental Health Clinician for Daymark Recovery Services, a Facilitator for the UNC Charlotte Venture Program, and an Intern School Social Worker for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. From 2005 to 2012, they worked for Phoenix Outdoor & SUWS of the Carolinas as a Logistics Coordinator and Lead Field Instructor.

Anthony Carr received their Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Warren Wilson College in 2004, where they studied Social Work and Outdoor Leadership. Anthony then went on to earn their Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011.
