Daryl Wagner

Medical Social Work, Gerontology and Case Management at Community Home Health & Hospice

Daryl Wagner has held a variety of roles since 1983. Daryl began as a Substitute Teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools, then moved on to become a Community Organizer for Betterment for United Seniors in 1987. In 1997, they became the CEO of Recreation Systems Incorporated, followed by Social Work roles at Whitman Walker Clinic in 1998 and Vesta Incorporated in 2004. In 2009, they were a Family Support Worker for the Institute for Family Centered Services, then a combination of Social Services and Sales roles from 2011-2015. Most recently, they have been a Medical Social Work, Gerontology and Case Management for Community Home Health & Hospice and Humana contracts since 2015.

Daryl Wagner obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004, studying Social Work. Daryl also obtained a Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) and a MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Mississippi, studying City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and Social Work. Daryl also holds a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification from Maryland.
