ch&i associates offers fast, independent complaint, conduct, disciplinary & grievance investigations and reviews. With decades of experience of service delivery and investigations, we provide an authoritative service which is tailored to our clients' circumstances and each case.

We can help
- with novel or unprecedented cases; or cases where parties need enhanced customer service
- where potentially challenging face to face communications are necessary
- if you expect the investigation to be part of tribunal proceedings
- if senior staff are complained about or your organisation's handling is part of the grievance
- if your staff are under significant operational pressure
- with re-investigations, reallocated cases, report writing and case reviews
- where a party to an investigation has mental health problems.

We have years of experience of preparing investigations for success at tribunals. We have worked for four national regulators.

We stage our work to ensure that investigations remain proportionate and on track. We understand and deal with the pressure the dispute process can bring to individuals. And we deliver detailed analytical outcomes which are accessible and timely. Tell us about your case and we will provide a free staged & costed investigation plan in complete confidence.
