Aderogba Stephen is the Group Head of Insurance for West Africa at Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, a position held since 2025. Previously, Aderogba served as an Assistant Manager at Leadfort Insurance Brokers Limited from 2014 to 2018 and as Executive Account Manager at Total Security Insurance Brokers Limited from 2018 to 2021. Aderogba also worked briefly as a Lead Associate at WTW in 2025. Aderogba is currently pursuing multiple degrees, including a Higher National Diploma in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic, an MBA in Strategic Management from Babcock University, a Bachelor's degree in Insurance from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, and an Associate status with the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
