Chia Chinese Learning is a Washington, DC–based Chinese language and cultural education organization dedicated to helping students build confidence, curiosity, and global understanding through immersive and experiential learning.

We offer Chinese immersion classes, after-school programs, weekend classes, summer camps, cultural enrichment programs, and international educational trips. Our teaching approach combines project-based learning, interactive storytelling, hands-on activities, movement, arts, food, field trips, and real-life communication, making Chinese learning meaningful, joyful, and practical for young learners.

Founded by Cindy Huang, an international educator with a graduate background from the University of Pennsylvania and extensive experience in child development, global education, and cross-cultural programs, Chia Chinese Learning was created to provide students with a warm, engaging, and culturally rich environment to learn Mandarin Chinese.

Today, Chia Chinese Learning partners with public/private schools across the Washington, DC area to bring high-quality Chinese language and cultural education to children from diverse backgrounds. Our students learn not only language skills, but also confidence, creativity, cultural appreciation, and the ability to connect with the wider world.

At Chia Chinese Learning, we believe language learning is more than memorizing words — it is about building bridges between cultures, nurturing curiosity, and preparing the next generation of global citizens.
