Effie Datson

Effie Datson is a seasoned executive in sustainable investment management, currently serving as COO and Head of Business Development at NewAg Natural Capital and holding non-executive director roles at Wienerberger AG and Chia Network. Effie previously worked at Goldman Sachs as Vice President of Foreign Exchange and held various leadership positions at firms including Barclays and UBP. Effie's education includes an MBA in International Finance from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Harvard University, where they graduated magna cum laude.
