Chicago Emerging Stars is a youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people across Chicago to discover their purpose, expand their opportunities, and step confidently into their future.

Rooted in lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges many young people face, our work focuses on creating spaces where youth feel seen, supported, and inspired to lead. We believe that every young person deserves access to mentorship, resources, and opportunities that help them grow not only academically and professionally, but personally.

What began as a single back-to-school event funded by our founder at just 18 years old has grown into a movement that has now supported over 6,000 youth and families across Chicago.

Through mentorship, leadership development, community programming, and youth-centered events, Chicago Emerging Stars is committed to helping young people build confidence, explore new pathways, and realize their full potential.

We partner with schools, community organizations, and local leaders to meet youth where they are and provide meaningful, impactful experiences that create lasting change.

At our core, we are more than a nonprofit, we are a community.
