John Markiewicz

John Markiewicz has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. John is currently working as an Adjunct Professor - Sports Sales at St. John Fisher College since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Sales at the Chicago White Sox from 2018 onwards. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at the Florida Panthers in various roles, including Vice President of Ticket Sales, Director of Premium Seating, and Senior Manager of Ticket Sales. In 2014, they were the General Manager at Purdue University Athletics through Collegiate Consulting. John also has experience with the New York Mets as a Senior Account Executive and Sales Account Executive, as well as with the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres in intern roles.

John Markiewicz attended Frontier High School, although the specific dates of their attendance are unknown. After completing high school, they went on to attend Canisius University from 2002 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a focus on Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. John continued their education at Canisius University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Sports Administration degree.
