Caleb Shrader

Caleb Shrader is a Senior Principal Lead for Company Operated Restaurants at the Chick-fil-A Support Center, where they have been contributing since 2023. Previously, they served as Vice President of Marketing and Operations at KMI Construction and were an Operating Partner for Chick-fil-A franchises from 2015 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Caleb worked as a Business Development Consultant for The Impact Partnership and held the role of Marketing Research Consultant at Jackson and Coker. They also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at MedQuest Associates. Caleb is currently pursuing a degree at Georgia Southern University.
