Darya Fields

Darya Fields, SPHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, culture and engagement, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since November 2021, Darya previously held the position of Director of Culture and Engagement at Chick-fil-A Corporate Headquarters for eight years. Additional experience includes serving as an Independent Consultant providing professional development coaching, as well as roles at Accenture as Cultural Awareness Manager, where Darya designed and managed inclusion and diversity strategies, and at Southern Company as Diversity and Inclusion Manager. Darya's earlier career includes public relations management at LEVAS Publishing and Baxter Healthcare. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in English from Wittenberg University.
