Lance Byrd is currently the Principal Program Partner for CPS at Chick-fil-A Support Center, where they lead innovative programs and support new staff onboarding. Previously, they served as the Director of Training and Development at Chick-fil-A Franchise from 2018 to 2021 and as General Manager at Zaxby's Inc. from 2016 to 2018. With a background in education as a teacher at Richmond Hill Middle School from 2012 to 2016, Lance exhibits a passion for developing and mentoring others while being an enthusiastic team member. In addition to their professional pursuits, they are a Chelsea Football enthusiast, NBA fanatic, and passionate pickleball player.
