Stuart Tracy is a Senior Principal Culinary Lead at Chick-fil-A Corporate, where they focus on creating new business concepts and menu items. They have been with Chick-fil-A since November 2017 and have been cooking professionally since 2002. Prior to their current role, Stuart served as Executive Chef and Operating Partner at Butcher & Bee in Charleston, South Carolina, receiving accolades from prestigious outlets such as GQ and New York Magazine. They also held significant positions at Belmond Charleston Place and Concentrics Hospitality Solutions, managing high-revenue restaurant operations and contributing to award-winning culinary initiatives. Stuart graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Management.
