Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Chicory

Kerry Dineen has over seven years of professional experience in marketing operations and community engagement. In 2019, they joined Chicory as the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, where they established operational processes and technologies to ensure the team and marketing tactics were effective. Kerry also drove brand awareness, leads and client engagement through demand generation and acquisition strategies. From 2013 to 2019, Dineen worked at Camp Broadway, first as the Community Engagement Manager and then as the Production Assistant. In their role as Community Engagement Manager, they established and executed a marketing plan, tracked progress, and reported on trends. Kerry also managed the Facebook ad account, created and measured performance, and engaged communities on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. In 2013, Dineen held a Field Promotions Intern role at Universal Pictures, where they called New York-based businesses to fill advanced screenings for the company's film releases and remained onsite at theaters to facilitate screenings and talkbacks. In 2012, they worked as an Archives Intern at NBCUniversal, Inc. where they communicated with clients about licensing/purchasing of footage, assisted in research for various projects, and screened tapes and logged inputs and outputs for clients.

Kerry Dineen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University between 2009 and 2013. Kerry then attended Marist College, graduating in 2017 with a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications. Prior to this, Kerry attended Saint Saviour High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they are a Hootsuite Certified Professional, which they obtained from Hootsuite Media Inc. in March 2016.
