Jay Topper

Jay Topper is the Chief Digital Officer of Chico’s FAS. Mr. Topper joined the Company in March 2021 and has more than 20 years of digital experience. He currently oversees the Company’s technology, infrastructure and security, and supply chain and logistics.

Prior to joining Chico’s FAS, Mr. Topper served as Chief Digital Officer at FTD®, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s ecommerce business, products & technology functions, supply chain and ecommerce operations for the past four years.

Previously, Mr. Topper served as Chief Technology Officer at Vitacost, where he led technology, fulfillment, distribution, social media and customer service. He was the first CTO to re-invigorate and re-architect the company’s antiquated technology ecosystem.

A former Commissioned Officer in the United States Coast Guard, Mr. Topper received his master’s degree in Telecommunications and Computing Management from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering and his bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences from the United States Coast Guard Academy.
