Alexandra Pisano

Alexandra Pisano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexandra currently holds the position of Senior Director, Core Operations at Chief since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at General Assembly where they held several roles including Senior Director, U.S. Campus, Senior Regional Director | West Coast, Regional Director, Senior Manager, Program Manager, and Program Producer. During their time at General Assembly, they were responsible for managing key performance indicators, overseeing functional areas, managing teams, and implementing planning and marketing strategies. Before their tenure at General Assembly, Alexandra worked as an Associate Project Manager at VaynerMedia, where they launched and managed the company's first brand-sponsored web editorial property. Alexandra also has experience as an Assistant Editor at Time Inc. Content Solutions and as an Editorial Assistant at Simon and Schuster. In these roles, they developed and managed editorial processes, acted as a point-of-contact for clients, and oversaw the production process of books.

Alexandra Pisano completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and History from the University of Virginia in 2009. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University, which they obtained in 2012.
