Chimene Liburd

Chimene Liburd is a distinguished physician executive with extensive experience in healthcare management, focusing on both inpatient and outpatient primary care. Currently, they serve as a Physician Surveyor for NCQA and the Chief Medical Officer for the Government of the District of Columbia. Previously, they held senior roles at Anthem, Inc. as Vice President of Medicare Clinical Operations and as National Medical Director. In addition, Chimene is a founding member of Chief, a network aimed at advancing women leaders. Their academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Cornell University.
