Emily Pae

Emily Pae is currently the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Chief, where they manage strategy, operations, and finance to drive impactful change in leadership for women. Previously, they held significant roles in investment banking and strategic advisory across global markets, including positions at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and WeWork, where they contributed to major enterprise growth initiatives. Having lived and worked in cities including New York, Tokyo, and Singapore, Emily combines a diverse international perspective with a passion for connecting people and purpose. Additionally, they serve on several advisory boards and mentor emerging leaders focused on high-impact change. Emily is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
