Karuna Rawal

Karuna Rawal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Founding Board Member at Chief since July 2020, Rawal previously held the positions of Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Nature's Fynd from July 2019 to June 2025, and has recently been appointed as a Board Advisor at Graphyte. Rawal's prior experience includes serving as President and Groupe Client Lead at Publicis Groupe from April 2018 to May 2019, and U.S. President and Global Chief Strategy Officer at Arc Worldwide from December 2013 to April 2018. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Economics focused on Marketing and Finance from The Wharton School and an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
