Leslie Simone

Leslie Simone is the founder of Climb 10 and an executive coach who specializes in advising venture-backed CEOs and social entrepreneurs. With a background in organizational psychology, operations, and sales, Leslie has dedicated over a decade to enhancing leadership effectiveness in technology startups and the climate sector. Alongside current roles at Chief and The Greater Sum Foundation, Leslie has previously held positions such as President at Chi Holdings Inc. and Director at The Handel Group®. Leslie also lectures at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School.
