Lisa Friscia is a strategic advisor and fractional Chief People Officer who focuses on building sustainable systems for culture, leadership, and growth. With extensive experience in educational leadership, they have served as a founding high school principal and assistant superintendent, where they led initiatives that dramatically improved student achievement and teacher development. Currently, Lisa is the president and founder of Franca Consulting, a member of several professional organizations, and actively mentors future leaders in multiple capacities. Lisa earned a B.A. magna cum laude in American Studies and Economics from Amherst College.
