Marcia Ruben

Marcia Ruben, PhD, PCC, is a seasoned Executive Coach and the founder of Ruben Consulting Group, Ltd., where they guide corporate executives through complex leadership challenges. With extensive experience across various prestigious organizations, including Genentech and Cisco Systems, Marcia has honed expertise in the neuroscience of leadership and change management. Currently, they serve as the Chief Guide for Chief, facilitating meetings for female executive leaders, and hold the title of Professor Emerita at Golden Gate University. Marcia earned a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and has a background in counseling and anthropology from California State University, Hayward, and the University of California, Berkeley.
