Marshann Varley

Marshann Varley is the President of PS Insurance Operations and Risk Management at Public Storage, overseeing the Orange Door and Savvy Storage Insurance Programs. With prior experience as a Managing Director at Aon, Marshann led business development strategies in Southern California and tripled sales over five years. They have also held key roles at Marsh, including Chief Retention Officer, and have served as a Senior Underwriter at Cigna. A founding member of Chief, Marshann is dedicated to connecting and supporting women leaders, and they guest lecture at USC and CSUN's risk management programs. Marshann’s career reflects a commitment to innovation and mentorship in the risk and insurance industry.
