Missy Jerome

Missy Jerome is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jerome began as a Staffing Consultant at Atrium Staffing and later held positions at Yodle, advancing from Corporate Recruiter to Recruiting Manager, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and creating training programs. At athenahealth, Jerome was promoted through a series of key HR positions, culminating in Global Executive Director of Human Resources, overseeing significant initiatives that enhanced employee engagement. As a Founding Member of Chief, a network aimed at advancing women leaders, Jerome continues to influence leadership dynamics. Most recently, Jerome served as VP People at Simply Business and currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Commonwealth Financial Network. Educationally, Jerome holds a BFA in Drama from New York University.
